Visiting Policy due to Covid-19

From May 16th 2022 the majority of the Covid-19 restrictions have been removed. This means that our staff no longer routinousley will wear a face mask. Your partner and siblings are fine to attend the antenatal meetings, as long as they have no infection symptoms. Please be aware that theese arrangements could change in response to local or national COVID-19 prevalence or new Government guidance. IMPORTANT!!! If you have symptoms of respiratory tract infection and/or fever: Do not enter the clinic. Please contact your Midwife to cancel / re-schedule your appointment.

Seven ways to protect yourself and others:

  • Stay home if you are ill or have mild symptoms of disease such as sore throat, cough, or runny nose. Stay home for at least 48 hours after you have recovered.

  • Wash your hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.

  • Use hand sanitiser if soap and water are not available.

  • Avoid close contact with people who are ill

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth

  • Cough and sneeze into your elbow or into a tissue.

  • Do not visit older people if you have symptoms of illness.
